St. Walburg Monastery
Infirmary Renovation
Villa Hills, Kentucky
The Design/Build team of Pilot Contracting, ATA Architects and Lee Grosser & Associates Engineers are again working with the Sisters of St. Walburg Monastery to complete the renovation of their 26 room infirmary.
The project includes a new elevator and sprinkler system, as well as the complete renovation of the patient rooms, serving kitchen and adjacent areas. Since the infirmary had to remain open during construction, Pilot's Superintendent, Steve Coldiron coordinated the three phases of this project closely with the staff to ensure minimal disruption to the residents.
I enjoyed every aspect of each project and always looked forward to our meetings. Your sensitivity to our monastic life and our building needs has been a gift to the whole community.
