I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the construction of the Goodwrench Service Center on Merchant Street in Florence, Kentucky. The building was completed on time, within budget and without hassles. I feel it worked really well due to us having a liaison (George Funk) communicating with yourself and the building foreman, John Sowders. John was very conscientious and particular. He got what was expected from the sub contractors and made sure we were satisfied as a customer. The building is very impressive.
Pilot contracting was also concerned about my business. It was great having you keep our Chevrolet customers in mind when you were soliciting bids for the building. I know many of them actually did the work
